根據(jù)公司國(guó)際化發(fā)展需要，經(jīng)香港特別行政區(qū)公司注冊(cè)處批準(zhǔn)，我司子公司“香港中國(guó)免稅品有限公司HONG KONG CHINA NATIONAL DUTY FREE MERCHANDISE COMPANY LIMITED”名稱(chēng)變更為“中免國(guó)際有限公司CHINA DUTY FREE INTERNATIONAL LIMITED ”。
 

自2018年4月1日起，原“香港中國(guó)免稅品有限公司HONG KONG CHINA NATIONAL DUTY FREE MERCHANDISE COMPANY LIMITED”名稱(chēng)不再使用，各相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)往來(lái)均使用新名稱(chēng)“中免國(guó)際有限公司CHINA DUTY FREE INTERNATIONAL LIMITED ”。
 

公司更名后，業(yè)務(wù)主體和法律關(guān)系不變，銀行賬號(hào)及收貨地址等均不發(fā)生變化，原公司簽訂的合同繼續(xù)有效。

To meet the requirement of CDFG’s international business development, with the approval of Companies Registry of HKSAR, we are delighted to announce thatour fully-owned subsidiary 香港中國(guó)免稅品有限公司HONG KONG CHINA NATIONAL DUTY FREE MERCHANDISE COMPANY LIMITED (“HKCDF”) haschanged name to 中免國(guó)際有限公司 CHINA DUTY FREE INTERNATIONAL LIMITED.
 

Starting from 1th of April 2018, the original nameHKCDF is no longer in use. All the related businessactivities and operationswill use the new name中免國(guó)際有限公司 CHINA DUTY FREE INTERNATIONAL LIMITED.
 

Companylegal relation and business operation remains the sameas well asexecuted contracts signed under HKCDF remains valid. The company address and bank accounts are unchanged.
